Is the content you upload to the dashboard going to be original?

Absolutely! Each piece of content will be checked before it’s uploaded. This allows us to ensure that your content is 100% unique.

 

Do I have a limit on the number of content requests I can submit?

No, you’re free to add as many requests to the platform as you want.

 

Where can I send an urgent content request?

Upload it to the platform! You can prioritise all your content, so anything urgent can be marked as ‘high priority’. You can also reach out to your account manager for any urgent requests. 

 

Does the platform allow me to upload files? 

Yes, files up to 3GB can be attached to the platform.   

 

Is my dashboard accessible to my team members?

Of course! Members of your team can be added to the dashboard, so they’re able to monitor the progress and download the files as soon as they’re ready.

 

Is there a limit on the number of team members I can add to the platform? 

You can add as many members as you like to your account: SEO Managers, Content Managers, the whole team if you like!

 

Do I receive a notification when the work is complete? 

Yes, we’ll keep you updated at all times. 

 

In how many languages do you provide translation services?

What if I dislike the content created?

The content request forms are there for you to provide as much description as possible to the writers, so we can give you the content that you need! However, if you do receive a piece of content back that you’d like to have edited, you can communicate with your account manager directly, just add a comment to the specific task and explain what you are looking for.
